The protection of the Parkway and surrounding region is an immense task, with much at stake. Trail Maintenance

Trails are not trails unless someone maintains them! Fallen trees, erosion from flooding, and general leaf litter are just a few of the things that contribute to the need for trail maintenance. Partner and Park Staff efforts keep trails safe and enjoyable to use, while minimizing their environmental impact.
